Join Our Practice

We offer several opportunities to join our practice. Annual memberships enable you to experience the physician-patient partnership model that is at the core of our work with you.

Enrollment provides a wide variety of benefits including:

• access to our Center facilities,
• sessions with our experts over the course of the year, and
• a unique way to access and navigate Duke Medicine.
